Maciej has almost two decades of business experience in strategic business development and product (service) delivery/management. He is also a seasoned science leader with a strong scientific background in analytical chemistry, establishing and leading analytical and R&D teams and businesses across the Life Sciences for the last 17 years. His passion for entrepreneurship and science led to the establishment of many core facilities and research laboratories. His analytical skills were acknowledged in many research papers published in Science, Chemical Science, J. Am. Chem. Soc., Angewandte Chemie International Edition, ACS Chem. Biol., and many others. Also, he is a co-author of papers published in, e.g., Nature Biology Communications, Analytica Chimica Acta, Antimicrobial Agents and Chemotherapy, and presented posters at the American Society for Mass Spectrometry and the European Congress of Clinical Microbiology and Infectious Diseases. He finished an Executive MBA program from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at the University of Texas at Dallas, graduated in Strategic Decision & Risk Management, The McCombs School of Business, the University of Texas at Austin, TX, and in Leadership, The McCombs School of Business and the SMU Cox School of Business, Dallas, TX. He also earned an MSc degree in biotechnology from the University of Wroclaw, Poland. |
